Cutting carbs and replacing them with fat is gaining popularity. However, if you've had success losing weight with this common technique, known as the Ketogenic diet (or keto for short), you may be considering combining keto with intermittent fasting to break through a plateau or increase your performance. Is this something you should take a chance on?

Good for people who are curious about the best ways to integrate keto and fasting
Revisado: 05-21-21
I’ve read quite a few books on fasting and quite a few on Keto, but this is the first book I have found that combines a plan for both and explains how they can work synergistically to provide maximum results! Good read!

Historia
It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the 10th annual Hunger Games. In the Capitol, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to out charm, outwit, and outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute. The odds are against him. He’s been given the humiliating assignment of mentoring the female tribute from District 12, the lowest of the low.

Engrossing
Revisado: 10-16-19
From the very first chapter, Chanels voice and dialogue made me feel like I talking to a close friend. Each chapter was like picking up the phone to check on a friend who was slowly unfolding their story to me with such intimacy and raw emotion that I was compelled to see it through to the end. At 44 I consider myself to be a progressive feminist but Chanel laid to bare many notions I had about how I believed women should behave, act, move through the world in order to deter unwanted advances from men. Things that have been programmed into me by society since I was a little girl. We have all been indoctrinated into blaming our gender for sexual assault based on our own behavior instead of the behavior of the perpetrator. If you’re ready to deprogram yourself and see the world a bit differently, to become a better feminist, advocate, mother and friend then grab this book and listen to the end.
