Is it just me - I am having a very hard time with this series. I have loved every book by LLV until this series. I’m struggling so hard to get through it.
Guess I will wait and see if she comes out with a different series.

I was so looking forward to this one. He is Irish and has always had an accent till we get his story. So disappointed- as well as disappointed in the whole story ….. super sad cause I am a big fan of her books. Didn’t even finish it.

The other half now belonged to Levi Miller, the famous quarterback who had other ideas about what we should do with the property. We won’t mention that I accidentally injured him during our first meeting, causing him to get eight stitches. You could say we got off on the wrong foot. We bickered a lot as we both moved into the property while we figured things out.

Not happy having to leave this kind of review for 2 authors I enjoy and 2 of my favorite narrators but this was just not good at all. Couldn’t finish - the characters were just lacking and the story line was a bit to much like a bad Hallmark movie. I found myself wanting to shake the female character and wanting to slap the male character- wanting to yell - grow some balls and just tell your damn brother the truth and go from there…. Ugh!!!

Why didn’t someone edit this? Did the author not listen to this? Repeated words, 30+second pauses (yes, I started timing them) for no reason. So so bad!
The story not so great either. This was basically a happy little guys club - not a MC. The President doing dishes when someone is missing? I just can’t give it more than 1 Star - I really tried - listened to the whole thing hoping it would get better but not at all.

This was the best of the series so far.
I was on a plane listening to the last half. I know for sure half of the plane think I’m crazy due to my uncontrollable laughter! Let me tell you when you listen to the 2nd Epilogue be careful who is around you. I haven’t laughed that heard in a long time. I had tears coming down my face. I won’t give any of it away but lord LLV thank you so much for that!!!
