Great Story but

The story was great showing what life is really like in Iran but the narrator sounded too old for two young woman of 26 and the reading was bland. The story was told from two different people but nothing changed in the narration. Other than that, which is a big part of listening to books vs reading, the story was captivating, sad and triumphant on how these young woman stayed true to their Lord and Savior. Very inspirational.

Compelling story

I read Nabeel's Qureshi's story which was so different due to a loving family. This story is heart wrenching but I am so glad to hear how it ended. Rifqa's reading is beautiful. I could not stop listening. I hope she someday writes a second book to see where Jesus brings her in life.

What made the experience of listening to Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus the most enjoyable?
Loved the book. It gave me an understanding of the devout Muslims who are not radical extremists but just love their God and teach their children every day to do the same. It is really beautiful. There is a lot to be learned, not just about their faith but how to teach our children every single day about Jesus.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Nabeel - How he searched and searched for the truth and even though it cost him so much, he trusted and turned to the truth.
Have you listened to any of Nabeel Qureshi’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
First time.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes, when he told his parents.
Any additional comments?
This book taught me about Islam and how even a devout Muslim can find the truth if they just seeks God with all their heart and then Jesus will set them free. I no longer fear all Muslims. I see how there are many who are peace loving and I pray for them to find their way to the truth.
