Lisa and her Autistic son Tim have moved to suburban neighborhood for a fresh start in life. Yet soon discover they are looked at very questionably by the neighbors. People Lisa initially trusts, but Tim never takes to at all. Is there something more at work here, or does Tim just not trust too many people? Also, there is a man who constantly has his eye on Lisa. Is he himself a strange individual she cannot trust, or does he himself known something about these people?

Where does Perfect Child, Imperfect rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I originally selected this book because I do have a pre-teen son who is Autistic. First I read the text, and then I listened to it as an audio book. When listening to the book, I was able to feel the pain and the terror of this young boy in the author's voice. The girl (who I was impressed with her boy voice) did an excellent job researching and getting the feel of an autistic child.
