These books give me life!

I don't think I've ever laughed out loud so much during a book series as I have while listening to these books. The story, characters & narration is incredible. The way Michael Lesley tells a story & brings a book to life is 5+++ stars all the way. I've never heard someone narrate a book like him before and it's so refreshing. Lightening Struck Heart series has been the first books I've ever read by TJ Klune and I'm FAN. I will be binge reading all his books immediately. Can't wait for the next one in this series to come out on audible!

Performance great...story BORING

Ok book, good narration

I did like this book but it felt like there were too many side stories happening throughout with not enough conclusion to each one. I won't get into it too much because I don't want to spoil it but there are at least 3 major events that happen and the last one is just weird. I thought it was a strange way to end the book and it really didn't make a lot of sense to me. If felt rushed and unnecessary. I liked both the MCs but definitely enjoyed Shay WAY better.

Unique storyline with great characters!

I enjoy most books by Elle Kennedy and Sarina Bowen and this one didn't disappoint. They really hit gold with WAGS series and of course my all time favorite, Jamie and Wes which you get a glimpse of in this book. Can't wait to continue on with this series!

Loved the story and narrators

This was a wonderfully funny, emotional book. I absolutely love LJ Shens writing style. The banter between the Hot Holes, especially Vicious and Dean is hilarious. I can't get enough of this series. All book I've read/listened to by this author have been repeat reads so far. Love love love!

Mixed feelings on this one...

I'll start with reviewing the narrators. Lucy Rivers was great. She did a great shop bringing her character and supporting characters to life. Alexander Cendese was ok until he did the female voices. I can't describe it well but he just made them all sound the same with a terrible woman impersonation. It was distracting and awkward. The story was just ok as well. I had several moments where I laughed out load which is why I have it 3 stars instead of 2. Overall just an alright book. I won't be reading the first book or any other in this series.

Such a good read/listen!

I absolutely loved this book and the characters. This was the first book I've read by this author and I'm definitely a fan after this book. It's funny, clever & witty but also has great depth to the characters and their story. The narrators just added to the greatness of this book. I'm picky with my narrators and they definitely did an amazing job bringing the characters and their personalities to life. 5 star in my opinion.

Enjoyed the book, hated the nickname!!

Didn't like this book as much as the first 2 but it was still a good listen. I may have liked it more but the horrible nickname "Beavis" was a mood killer. Whenever I heard it I cringed! It was even used during a sex scene and that really REALLY killed the moment for me. It's still a good book with 5 star narration. Thank God for the amazing Jill Redfield who almost made the word Beavis not as cringy and brought the characters to life :)

Best book in the series so far

I've listened to this book 4 times and love it! After listening to all the other books in the series (so far) this one is still my favorite hands down! The others are good, but there's something about these two main characters Taryn & Trey that have the rest of them beat.

Great book, not a fan of narrator

This was a great book and I loved the characters. I was not a fan of the narrator. I've listened to other books read by Michael Pauley and he's just really awkward during sex scenes. He makes it sound like he's being chased and is extremely scared. Like I should be preparing for a horror scene instead of a sexy BJ. I've read a lot of other reviewers say they loved him but I am not a fan at all. Great story....weird narrating.
