Sorry to say I’m disappointed. The story has the bones to become something good but the narrator doesn’t bring it to life. There isn’t any excitement or life. There are any distinctions between the situations characters or emotions. I always look forward to the hanging by the seat of my pants kind of adventure and romance or heat her books bring but this one doesn’t have any.

I love the author but this one is just not her best effort, Too drawn out and very predictable and although the reader has a great voice it’s too low or soft to be heard at times.

Very entertaining!

Good story line with a good amount of twists. The writer shows humor yet is able to draw the reader into the characters enough to make you want to cheer them into a happy ending. If you want an enjoy a imaginative romp in a funny story then I recommend this one as well as the authors other books in Nocturne Falls.

Liked the story overall and the characters that were spoken of. Wish there were more evolvement of the bad guys and their characters as well as the actual fights. There was too much dirty language for me but tried to look past it because I know it’s what some people want. The white haired lady was never explained and didn’t get if she was getting a future self giving advice or something else. Would like to have delved into her gift a little more. It seemed a little overly simplistic and a bit too convenient all of the sudden. The problem with the father was building and just vanished too easy. The pack as well. The odd shifter also conveniently there to tell more. I understand as a small part of a larger story it would be better if the other parts are delved into more. So that my opinion is overall it’s a good story. Language ruffled my feathers a bit but if you like it dirty I say go for it. There are likable characters that will soak your interest and may make you want to read other books in the series.

Writer didn't give the reader enough time to Care about the characters in the story. The magic that the girl is supposed to have is a question but not a mystery because of the comment about the father. The fact that that none of the characters brought up her heredity, parentage or even tried following up on her being able to leave with no problem just seems dumb. To sum it up. There should be more story depth, mystery, character development and thought into what would actual people say, ask, think and question. The sex was sex. Nothing special because there was no lead up to it. Again if we don't care about the characters and the story line is so thin then we may as well just be reading porn. in short the author should go back and figure it out and perhaps do a prequel as a lead in to it. them recommend that readers read it first.
