I really enjoyed the content, the definitions, the explanantions of the princiles and artifatcs are well elaborated, the graphs are well presented and clear to understand. the reading of the book( the voice is very net and in a good speed and pronouciation).

Working in AGILE environment is a must nowadays, The choice between the different methodologies is well explained here, kanban is providing more flexibility and easy to use, The author has given the full details of this method and the very deep explanation to use it, It's a great book i highly recommend it for my colleagues and team members,
