Fantastic Story, Great Twists, Excellent Narrator!

I absolutely loved HIDDEN PICTURES. It's a riveting story, very well told, with compelling, well-paced twists. Suzy Jackson, the narrator, is spectacular. She is great in the main voice put also the other characters'. I discovered Jason Rekulak at the 2025 Hamptons Whodunit. I'm headed straight for The Last One at the Wedding now. What a find! Highly recommended. A+++

Another Fabulous Ballard/ Bosch

This was my second time listening to Desert Star. In anticipation of The Waiting I started listening to the first Ballard/ Bosch and listened consecutively to all five Ballard/ Bosch novels before I tackle The Waiting—even though I’d already listened to two of them before. I love Michael Connelly and have been a huge fan since his started. Even tried to move him to Putnam after The Poet. ☺️😔

A Fantastic, Deeply Honest Memoir

I’ve been a Rick Astley fan since he first broke out in 1987. I saw him perform in Glastonbury and attended a talk of his in London about this memoir. I loved listening to him tell his story and can’t recommend it highly enough. Tune in and enjoy. Now I just want to see him in concert again!

So Great to Hear John’s Story

Loved John Taylor’s memoir! A fantastic story of his falling into music, the founding and development of Duran Duran, and John’s inspiring recovery. He’s a terrific narrator. Hearing him read such a personal story makes me feel like we’re now old friends. ☺️

A Fabulous Multi-Cast Thriller

I absolutely loved this tense thriller centering on the kidnapping of the young son of a widely unpopular billionaire. A clever plot with unexpected twists, fantastic actors, and very cool Dolby Atmos make me rate this 10 out if 10! Can’t wait for Candice Fox’s next thriller.

I came away with a much deeper appreciation for Musk. I had no idea about the risks he routinely takes. He is a true visionary. Really enjoyed gaining this perspective.

An Awe-Inspiring Deep Dive into the Oceans' Depths

I was completely blown away by Susan Casey's detailed journey to the deepest of the oceans' depths and what she discovered there. Along the way there are amazing fellow adventurers--and a few villains--all trying earnestly to learn more about the waters that covers more than 70% of our planet. For reasons that are still hard for me to understand--although Susan does tackle them--we'd rather explore space than our own watery depths, but we ignore and exploit those depths at our peril.

Susan Casey does a fantastic job of narrating this compelling work. I was only sorry to have the journey end. Highly recommended!
