Historia
As war rages in 1944, young army lieutenant Lucas Athan recovers a sarcophagus excavated from an Egyptian tomb. Shipped to Princeton University for study, the box contains mysteries that only Lucas, aided by brilliant archaeologist Simone Rashid, can unlock. These mysteries may, in fact, defy - or fulfill - the dire prophecies of Albert Einstein himself.

Not Sci-Fi
Revisado: 01-04-24
just because you put the name Einstein in your title or your story does not make it science fiction. I'm not sure if audible is to blame or if it is the publisher for the Sci-Fi categorization within audible. There are demons and stuff. do not get this book hoping for a Sci-Fi book as I was. My rating is based solely on having purchased this book to read a Sci-Fi novel. if that label were to be removed from audibles classification of this novel I would likely rank it higher.

Historia
Christopher Hitchens continues to make the case for a splendidly godless universe in this first-ever gathering of the influential voices past and present that have shaped his side of the current (and raging) God/no-god debate. With Hitchens as your erudite and witty guide, you'll be led through a wealth of philosophy, literature, and scientific inquiry, including generous portions of the words of Lucretius, Benedict de Spinoza, Charles Darwin, Karl Marx, Mark Twain, and more.

missing a bunch of chapters
Revisado: 07-14-20
I read the chapter list before getting the audiobook, there are a bunch of missing chapters. Says "unabridged" but this is not true.

Historia
Who is the "Devil"? And what is he due? The devil is anyone who disagrees with you. And what he is due is the right to speak his mind. He must have this for your own safety's sake, because his freedom is inextricably tied to your own. If he can be censored, why shouldn't you be censored? If we put barriers up to silence "unpleasant" ideas, what's to stop the silencing of any discussion? This book is a full-throated defense of free speech and open inquiry in politics, science, and culture by the New York Times best-selling author and skeptic Michael Shermer.

Flawed Audio
Revisado: 04-10-20
I'm into chapter three and there are many audio clips that sound like the audio is skipping and jumping ahead a half second.
I attempted re-downloading the book and, and also tried playing though multiple devices, the audio skips seem to be part of the download itself.
If this is fixed someone let me know. one example is chapter 3 about 9min 30sec into the chapter it skips at the word "propaganda"
