I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this book, but once I started listening I couldn't put it down. I literally listen the entire book in one day.
The memory techniques presented are easy to use and understand and the many in text exercise help you practice them in real time.
My only regret is not having know about these techniques since high school.
I defiantly recommend you listen this book of you want to unlock the power of your memory.

This approach to intermittent fasting is excellent! The author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate IF smoothly into your daily life. Things like this should be handled not as a diet but lifestyle change. The concepts are broken down in a way that's easy to read and informative. I love not just knowing that something works but WHY it is working. I feel great today and will start slowing incorporating some workouts and I cannot wait to see the added results! There's just so much great information there and he even goes through additional examples of incorporating this into your daily life.
