this is a collection of information that you can find for free in many forums online, and on YouTube. nothing here leads me to believe this has anything to do with expert level cultivation. the narration is a poor attempt at a "Cheech and Chong" style narration and the main narration is so obnoxiously contrived to sound like a Hispanic that I couldn't stand the cringe. lastly, the audio quality of the recording is trash.
