Road map for would be entrepreneurs
Revisado: 10-31-05
Rancic recounts how he succeeded in his cigar business in a step by step fashion that would be invaluable for any entrepreneur starting or already struggling with their small/medium size business.
Lots of books give you high level advice on which directions to go, but leaves you hanging at the end of the book without any specific actions that you can take to put the theories into practice. Rancic's book, however, gives you specific examples of what to do so you can apply them in your business tomorrow.
Highly recommended.

Historia
As women everywhere will attest, when it comes to understanding female sexuality, most guys know more about what's under the hood of a car than under the hood of a clitoris. And while it seems that men have struggled valiantly since the dawn of time to find ways to reliably elicit the female orgasm, rare is the guy who has the modesty to ask: "What do I do?" Ironically, the answer has always been right there on the tip of his tongue.

Useless facts, no technique
Revisado: 06-10-05
Just like all similar books on the market, almost the entire book focuses on the anatomy of the female body and statistics on how many women orgasm during sex and how many don?t. The book tells you very little on what to do. So after you?ve lost 5 hours of listening time, you are left with tons of useless facts and you still have no idea what to do with a woman.
If you want to learn the make up of the female anatomy, pick up a real biology book. If you want to learn how to make your woman happy, pick another book with real techniques.

Attitude changing but no practical solutions
Revisado: 05-31-05
This book illustrates business ideas through a story between a teacher and a student, much like that of The Goal. But the author put too much effort into developing the characters and too little into teaching the business. There were lots on how Sarah smiles, and grins, and have the looks of someone on the verge of enlightenment, and on and on. There were lots on describing the pitfalls of the average business owner. But there were very little on solutions to solve these problems and almost no examples given to demonstrate how to apply the solutions in practical situation in day to day business.
The idea is to set up your business in a way you can put everything about the business in an operations manual. You need to do it in a way such that if someone else was given the manual, he/she will be able to run the exact same business. This way, your business will have repeatable and predictable results. If you were on vacation, someone else will be able to run the business with same results. The author spent may be 20 minutes on illustrating these ideas, and the rest of the 8 hours describing how excited Sarah became hearing these.
If you'd like to read about the touchy feelys, pick up a real novel. If you want to have practical ideas about how to run a business, pick up a real business book. If you'd like to spend 8 hours learning the ideas I've already outlined above, get this book.

Historia
The imperial Majesty Lionstone XIV ruled the human Empire with fear. When Owen Deathstalker, unwilling head of his clan, sought to avoid the perils of the Empire's warring factions, he unexpectedly found a price on his head. He fled to Mistworld, where he began to build an unlikely force to topple the thrown. With the help of his crew, Deathstalker took the first step on a far more dangerous journey to claim the role for which he'd been destined since before his birth.

Excellent production
Revisado: 03-17-05
This is one of the best produced audio book I've come across (I have 67 titles in my library). The characters were funny as hell. The voice performance was excellent. All audio books should learn from Deathstalker.

Historia
When companies like Wal-Mart, Kinko's, and Service Corp. International adopted active, consumer-driven marketing strategies in place of traditionally passive supplier/consumer relationships, they not only became more profitable - they became market leaders. Roger Blackwell explores what it means to be a mind-to-market leader and how any company, large or small, can beat its competition by employing visionary leadership strategies.

Listen to your customer, fluff fluff fluff. Here! You've read the whole book. Move on to your next selection.
There's zero substance in this book. So and so company hit it big because they focus on listening to their customers. How?! He doesn't tell you... probably because he doesn't know.
I'm usually too busy to write reviews for books. I only do it when I come across something extremely good or extraordinarily bad. Nuff said.
