Fascinating Book, Must Read for Health

I have read more than 50 books on health, keto lifestyle and ending Alzheimer's , listening to Davids journey and bits of Grandma Roses journey has been inspiring and MOTIVATING!!. I learned so much more about fasting and I'm not testing my BG and keystones daily and more. I've ordered the work book and your other book Any Way you Can. This book unlocked so many questions I've had about low Magnesium and muscle cramps, about my Insulin resistant lifestyle and I'm so excited to share the info and continue my journey. Although I have things to correct my BMI is right where it should be, Ive never been obese but still have all the problems of high BG and insulin resistance. Everyone needs to read this if you want to live without pain and brain disease.

Spellbinding, heartwarming and healing

The only thing I didn’t like was the foul language that was used but I understand it was part of the storyline. I loved that his autistic brother became more of the story and that he was torn by his emotions to look out for him. The narrative was fabulous. I was spellbound and could hardly stop listening.

I listened to this book because I’m a caregiver for mostly Alzheimer’s patients, but I learned so much about myself I am excited there is hope. I wish more people would listen and learn that no one has to decline like this and it’s in your power to make changes now no matter your income status.

Fabulously written, praise to Atul Gawande!

I was hanging into every page waiting to hear the outcome of each case, I provide bedside hospice Care in a board and Care for Elderly. I love the support I receive from the hospice team as we all come along side the family and the person dying. So much to learn from this book. It's for everyone. We all have parents grandparents or friends that still do. We have friends with cancer or even if to answer the questions for ourselves. I can't praise it enough. Well done.

A beautiful book detailing life after the loss of a loved one. The difficulty in finding a reason to live and then the beauty in the people that surround him and give him joy. The darling conversations he has with his wife are touching. This book will have you laughing hysterically and in the next moment your heart breaking. Absolutely beautiful.
