HORRIBLE- DONT WASTE A CREDIT

this book was horrible and when I tried to return it, audible would not allow me to return this book and kept referring me to the we reserve the right to limit the amount of books returned by customers quote in there return policy. If I don't like a book within the first chapter I don't like it and I would like to be able to return it and get a book that I do like after all you see a couple hundred books in my library Audible it's not like I haven't purchased any books from you. This was a horrible book don't waste a credit buying it the narration was just awful I had to turn it up to one and a half times feed just to get through a chapter. The punctuation and the Annunciation was awful. I just can't say how bad enough that narrator was. also you just can't ever cut to the chase of this book it just goes on and on and on and you don't even really know what you're listening to do in the first 35 minutes of the book which is actually a prologue of sorts. if I were you I wouldn't waste money on this book it's a horrible narration it has no plot and it's terribly slow and it's a waste of money I can think of at least a hundred other books that are better. Start with daughters of the lake.

I love everything about this book. I love the time-travel I love the wave that the author Kelley Armstrong Blends in Victorian England and modern day America. I love that the two can blend so cohesively

Terrible Read!

HORRIBLE STORYLINE! TERRIBLE NARRATIVE. NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

There were long periods of time, dead air.
Absolutely no plot line what so ever.
I have no idea how this even made it's way to Audible.

it was really good listening I enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this book to any one of my friends because of the historical aspects of it and the authenticity of it made it such an interesting read.

Best book that I have listened to in a long time.

Beautiful narrator. Wonderful plot twist midway then again at the end. Kept you on your toes. Not a page turner. You want to snuggle up and really listen to all the historical details. Its very accurate and spans centuries so effortlessly. Lovely Listen / Read.

I loved every single page of it I even sent a copy of it to my niece since she is an actual influencer on Tik Tok. I thought it would open up the entire Hidden World of what actually happens behind all of these social influencers and how they make a living doing nothing. It is so interesting I recommend this book to everyone especially everybody between the ages of 18 and 95! and it was beautifully red as well. Plenty of nights I couldn't finish a chapter because the narrator had put me to sleep with her beautiful voice.
