Revisado: 08-08-21
I believe all in this book were fictional but my heart can't help believe there were so many just like the characters in this book that helped to end slavery and this story truly makes your heart see how that life was, and I wonder what character I would have played! there is room for the writer to a continues the story I'm hoping she will do so, I thank her for bringing to life such horrific details and heart pounding Adventures

this was such a wonderful story throughout Generations, I tried to put myself in place of someone that would be black but passed as white and I don't know exactly what I would have did back in those days, so sad to be judged by color I hope that this book will help people bring any secrets in their families to life. we could never change our past but we can help our future by telling the truth

How I Learned about the Civil War
Revisado: 01-31-21
I never enjoyed history very much oh, but the way this author approached it touched my heart and soul I'm so glad that I found her when I Google information on civil in Victorian times for books to read, this is a very heartwarming story, and the knowledge the author has about history is amazing and very true to the times. I am sure anyone that listens to this or reads this book will enjoy it as much as I did and will feel so grateful that the times we live in now are much more peaceful because of our forefathers, even when we see what is going on around us, we must remember its GODS WILL BE DONE, and if we let him use us to do his will we will be BLESSED
