Incredible series

Pam Godwin never disappoints. This series is one of her best. The story is incredible and the narrators even more incredible. Definitely worth the credits.

Not as good as the others

Personally, I don’t like that daddy comment in the sex scenes. Maybe it’s just me but that’s just yuck. If it was only once or maybe twice I could deal with it but when it’s a whole bunch of times, it ruins the sex scenes for me. Also, the voice of King sounded like an idiot. He was so sexy in the book I wish in these series they’d bring back the original narrators for the roles of King and Nero.

Excellent book

As with every other book written by Brynn Asher, this book captivate you from the first chapter all the way to the end. It’s worth a credit for sure.

One of the best books I’ve ever read

I have over 800 books in my audible library and I must say, this book was one of the top 5. Sara Cate is one of my favorite authors but even then, this book stands out. It has everything that makes up a great book!!

Definitely not for me

If you’re from London or somewhere “English” and understand what “willies” are (or something like that… sounded like shoes or clothing in the context it was used) you might like the book. I didn’t care for either narrator and the book didn’t really have any depth. If it was read by a sexy voice narrator, it would have been hot mainly because there was a lot of sex. Lots of the same thing though. It just wasn’t my “cup of tea” to be a bit English. lol

Awesome series!!!

This is one of the best, well written, sit on the edge of your seat, interesting series I’ve listened to in a long time. The author had a great storyline, and the narrators were perfect absolutely worth the credits.

Don’t waste your credit on this one

The first book in the series was really great, and I was excited to begin the second book, however, this book was nothing like the first book 75% of the book was nothing more than Raff regretting his relationship with Brianca and complaining about how he couldn’t have Nicolette and the same thing with Nicolette pining after Raff. To get to the meet of the story this could’ve easily been a three hour book. Other than that 75% it would’ve been good after reading this one. I’ve decided not to go onto the next book and the series because I’m scared it will be like the second book instead of like the first one. Very sad considering how great the first book was. The only great thing about this book was the male narrator voice

Great book - HORRIBLE female narration

I love the book but could just barely get through it due to female narrators voice. When she talks normally, she’s fine but when she talks for a different character, she draws out the syllables SOOO long and raises the pitch of her voice so high, it’s just ridiculous. It nearly drove me insane. No on talks like that. Why cant she just change her voice a little and not draw out the words and raise her voice like someone is pinching her? Ugh. I would recommend reading this book. It’s a great book but not listening to it.

Totally not what book 1 was

I loved book 1. I had to force myself to keep reading this book. It wasn’t sexy or hot. The sex was abusive and vulgar. It’s full of rape and child abuse. I had to skip most of the last 8 chapters. I just couldn’t handle anymore. After such an amazing book 1, I was super disappointed with book 2. Haven’t decided if I want to try this author again or not.
