Here to help are Jenn Bane and Trin Garritano, the duo behind the cult favorite podcast Friendshipping. Insightful, empathetic, and just a touch irreverent, Jenn and Trin give listeners the tools they need to make new friends and revitalize the quality of existing friendships. Historia
Exercise is health-enhancing and life-extending, yet many of us feel it's a chore. But as Kelly McGonigal reveals, it doesn't have to be. Movement can and should be a source of joy. Through her trademark blend of science and storytelling, McGonigal draws on insights from neuroscience, psychology, anthropology, and evolutionary biology, as well as memoirs, ethnographies, and philosophers. She shows how movement is intertwined with some of the most basic human joys, including self-expression, social connection, and mastery.

Good motivation if you pass through your challenging period
Revisado: 08-01-20
I’ve got some really interesting insites. But for my personal taste this book is full of negative examples used to illustrate quite curious facts. If you don’t want to listen about all those problems like physical or mental illness, choose another book.
