very concerning romance

First, I would like to start off by saying that for the most part this book was rather good. I think the sires has promise. What I found concerning however is the parts were the main character was apparently falling in love with the very person that brutally murdered him! I found it rather distasteful and took me out of the story. It seems like the story is trying to redeem her when she does not deserve it. She seems almost as bad as she was in the first book and seems to lack any remorse for her actions. Her only redeeming quality is she is pretty. I find the massage this sends is concerning and rather than rooting for her redemption I find myself hoping she gets what she derives with the main character coming to his senses or it all being one elaborate trap for her. Other than that, I rather liked the story and am hoping for more soon.

This book was better then I thought it would be. I enjoyed the story. the character was made smart in a creative way. The only thing that was off was that same times the words repeat. this happens more in the beginning.

Good but flawed.

I really liked this book and hope to read more like it soon. But at 6:48:57 to 6:49:01 I heard dead silence and no matter how many times I replayed it there was no change. I love this author's work and hope for future books to keep being as good as this one.
