I've never hated a character harder

And then she got dumber

It starts of great. And then the character who is our protagonist (anti-hero) gets really dumb. She convinces herself she didn’t plagiarize and that she a victim. Okay I can buy that. Spoiler- But at the end she’s convinced that someone she sat with as a corpse is alive? No. Didn’t have me guessing if she was alive at all just made me wonder how stupid she was.

This was just bad. The intro was awful but I thought maybe it would get better. It didn’t. The sound effects were so loud I couldn’t listen through my headphones. The delivery was bad. The story was who knows couldn’t get through it.

I had to put the speed up to 1.5 to listen to this and still it’s like listening to a computer read. Frequent pauses in awkward places is so annoying. The narrator also repeats sentences. It’s as if they didn’t edit this audiobook at all.
Returning this for my credit back.

This book takes place over 2 years with no direction at all. There is no sense of urgency. Some scenes were ripped off from other Zombie books, movies, and TV shows and one bit of dialog was completely ripped off from Star Trek.
