I'm absolutely at a loss of words. What a tragic, but beautiful story. It was very moving! So inspirational! The story was so well detailed, that I felt as if I could see it all! The narrator did great! I'm amazed at the horrendous streaks of bad luck Louis endured, but he still managed to rise above...Way above. wow. I wish the world had more people like him. What an angel. Kudos to the author for bringing his life experiences to vivid life. I would read anything you write. Beautiful talent!

Almost unbearable

The stories jumped around so much it was really difficult to follow.
Don Kline narrative "skills" made me want to scream. Sentences ran together. Sentences ended like they were a question when it was a statement, and like a statement when it was a question. His fluctuation in his voice were often confusing. You could hear him swallowing at some points and fumble over words. I listened only because I bought it. I'm so happy it is over. I vow to NEVER listen to anything narrated by him again.

anything Ann rule wrote is golden. she's very detailed with her descriptions it almost makes you feel like you're at the scene.

great story! I can't wait to watch the movie now! the narrators French impersonations turned Spanish now and again which was entertaining all by itself too haha! he did a pretty decent job though. easy to follow and understand.
