I thank God for this sacred document, for it is a spiritual portal. This book possesses the power of bibliotherapy as defined by Viktor Frankel in his book Man’s Search for Meaning:” This book is a written form of Logotherapy. The Seventh Shrine is a universal concept of human evolution to its highest self without regard for borders or economies. The book is beneficial to the descendants of American slaves in it. Orland Bishop gives the why or, shall say, the meaning for the madness of the what that is slavery. He reveals to us our collective inheritance for having experienced the initiation of slavery. Every leader should read this book. I was captivated from the beginning of the reading until the end. The historical setting and characters of the book make it a riviting read. (We think the game Monopoly is based on Mr. Rockefella) My son introduced me to the book. Then, I suggested this book as a mandatory reading for everyone in my core family. The father to son format is a perfect structure for conveying important information. Be sure to continue reading into the end.

This book is life transforming and can produce bibliotherapy aka self healing. The author has left the world a point of view forged by the fire immense suffering. I highly recommend this book. I also recommend slow down the speed of audio to catch the complex concepts of Mr. Viktor Frankl. I thank God of his life and his love offering entitled Man’s search for meaning.

Fault Lines A Christian Primer on CRT

The content of this book is an excellent resource and introduction to the founders of CRT and its corollaries. I found the content upsetting and refreshing at times. I agree more with the author's observations and conclusions than I disagree.

I recommend this book to those who are actively grappling with the theological implications of CRT in their congregstions and religious institutions.

Strangely Stirred

I feel strangely stirred by this book. While reading, I never wanted to throw the book at a wall, but this one here is an exception. With the author's words, we are engulfed and engaged in inner thoughts I haven't dared to think on my own, of myself or humanity. Here is something for every level and genre of reading.

It's excellent storytelling art with profound meaning and purpose. This book is entertaining while making significant social commentary on the absurdities and obscenities of racism and its fruit of self-hatred. I am very thankful for Morrison's reading and commentary explaining the intent and context in which she wrote the book. I highly recommend this book to mature readers.

Ruby Dee's Award-winning performance of the characters in this novel is supernatural and entirely otherworldly. This is a fantastic story of life and discovery. We are guided through the eyes of a young lady through several statuses afforded to women in marriage: from lovelessness to being objectified and ascending into rapturous LOVE so passionate it kills. I was compelled to listen and return to this fascinating world created by Lady Zora Neale Hurston. I enthusiastically recommend this novel for everyone in general and young single ladies in particular.

I LOVE this book. Its significance grows as we grow. Jesus And The Disinherited should be mandatory reading for every theologian and person claiming the religion of Jesus The Christ. Dr. Thurman dissects fear, hate, and deception and their role in human life & culture. Then he expounds on LOVE so transcendent it makes loving one's enemy a tangible reality. bring a specific feeling tone that The reader / Narrator's performance is extraordinary. It makes for easy comprehension of the profound, even mystic, teaching of this universal being. I am already on my fourth reading/listening experience. I enthusiastically recommend this book to you.
