Would you try another book from Elliot Mabeuse and/or Peter Klein and Alicia Roberts ?
I would try other titles from Elliot Mabeuse, I am not one to loth an author because of one disappointing title. The book was well written just too predictable for my taste. The narrators on the other hand were great (Peter Klein and Alicia Roberts). They portrayed the the characters with great precision. Peter Klein performed Mr Devlin as the older dominant and sexually driven professor that one would expect. Alicia Roberts portrayed the innocent and seemingly naive college student that Emma was.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The book did not spark my interest as it was too predictable. It was just a typical story of a student falling for her college professor. There was no peek or climax just a detailed summary of a love affair. It was not one of my favorite stories but the narrators appealed to my interest more than the actual plot.
Which character – as performed by Peter Klein and Alicia Roberts – was your favorite?
Mr Devlin performed by Peter Klein was my favorite character.
Was A Good Student worth the listening time?
With all the good publicity that the book was getting I expected more. I would not say that I wasted my time just not my favorite listen.

Dr. Gideon Box, world-famous surgeon, is extremely good at his job. He’s never lost a patient…but he has issues. He’s antisocial. Doesn’t mix well with others. Breaks into people’s homes and assumes their identities. Occasionally kills other doctor’s patients. He’s had bad luck with women his entire life. Big surprise, right? His psychiatrist tells him to join a dating service. Tells him to seek women from small towns. Says they’ll possess basic core values, be less shallow and self-centered than the hookers and strippers he’s been dating.

A Roller Coaser Ride Through a Love Story

What did you love best about Box?
I enjoyed that the plot was unpredictable, you always had to listen to know what would happen next. There was non stop drama and hilarity from the start of the story until the very end. The entire plot lasted a weekend but had a lifetime's worth of mishaps. Just when you think "what else could possibly go wrong", there is another interesting turn of events.
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite character would have to be Trudy Lake because of her sense of adventure and her perception of what is "fun".
Which character – as performed by Kevin T. Collins and Amy Landon – was your favorite?
My all time favorite character performance in the book was the voice of the twins (Renfo and Cledis) done by Kevin T. Collins
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I listened to the book all in one siting because the plot was so unexpected and had you wondering "whats next"

If you are tired of the predictable love stories and need a good laugh, BOX is the book for you.
