This book is short, preliminary, and general, which is fine. You're going to have to do a bit of googling if you're looking for more in-depth examples of systems thinking in relation to diagramming.

Understandably, but unfortunately, the reader confuses "casual" and "causal". A small thing, I know, but it makes a big difference. For the record, it's Causal Flow Diagrams, not Casual Flow Diagrams.

This book is tagged as being by an MD, Sara Gottfried. It's not. It's by Shawn Stevenson, a celebrity nutritionist. Stevenson does not limit himself to offering advice backed up by actual scientific evidence, choosing to dip into all kinds of pseudoscientific bunk including "earthing", another term for getting "grounded", with a whole lot of nonsense about electromagnetic fields. I wanted to like this book. I wanted to learn from this book. But apart from the obvious insights like "limit blue light exposure after sunset" and "don't do work in bed", it's mostly BS.
