I just found the storyline messy and jumpy, Too much jumping between past and present. I found it hard to hear the whole story. As for the messy . . . I’m not that into personal sabotage and waisted years. I’m not a fan when it takes ten years to admit what someone’s truth is.

Story line

I’m not a fan of stories that jump between past and present all the way through. I’m not a fan of avoidance. To spend half a life time running from and hiding issues is just a waste of life. It happens but it’s just sad when it does. If they had dealt with their issues earlier they could have been spared heart break at the end. Yeah they stayed together but it didn’t have to be that way. SMH.

Nice story.

I read the reviews for this story and they seemed mean spirited to me. The story, the narrator, the speed and the sound quality were all criticized. I like both the story and the characters. The narrator was great too. I like the narrator from the earlier books as well. The speed can be controlled by a selection on our device and I wasn’t distracted or annoyed by the background noise. I barely noticed it. This will be one the stories I’ll listen to over and over.
