Nice to hear a story of a full time employee getting out of the rat race.

Just as the title says, this is the story of Michael and his wife’s journey of buying one rental at a time over many years in an up and down market. It was good to hear their story - some of the wins and some of the hard times and regrets. I appreciated hearing how they managed life after reaching their goals and stepping out of 9-5 work. Retirement for some isn’t an easy transition. Now Michael is helping many investors with this book, his podcast and speaking. I’m glad he put his thoughts into this book.

Great book on short-term rental hosting.
It was read by the authors and from the beginning it was fascinating.
Jasper had a unique story and has a lot to share about hosting and how it can change your life.
Lots of practical tips without being slow or boring.
Good stories from other hosts as well.
This book can get you more bookings and save you headaches.
I listened in three "sittings". Very interesting and I wish it had been longer. The podcast with the same name continues the story so I'll continue to listen to it.
Thanks for writing Jasper and Huzefa. I appreciate all the updates from version 1.

Each chapter has a "test" to help you discover which of the 9 spiritual pathways are strong and which are weak.
Kind of like those "Spiritual Gifts" Assessments.
Nice that the author read it.
I think this book will be around for decades.
