Everything Together
Revisado: 05-28-15
The Author combines some of the best from Rohn, Robbins and Branson (and others) into a succinct Map and Pilot .
I have read and audio'd almost EVERYTHING from the referenced authors and recommend this book as a true representation ... boiled down ... of what works.
As well the Author has done it using these principles (become very rich and successful) .
That makes it credible.

Repeat
Revisado: 05-08-15
This is classic great Hemingway ... but here is the challenge .. this audio book is about 40% a repeat of For Whom the Bell Tolls and also Nick Adams stories... which is not very sportsman like .. if you have already bought those x2 audiobooks earlier ...

Historia
"Of the place where he had been a boy he had written well enough. As well as he could then." So thought a dying writer in an early version of The Snows of Kilimanjaro. The writer was, of course, Ernest Hemingway. The place was the Michigan of his boyhood, where he remembered himself as Nick Adams. The now-famous "Nick Adams" stories show a memorable character growing from child to adolescent to soldier, veteran, writer, and parent - a sequence closely paralleling the events of Hemingway's life.

Mr. H manages one true sentence when two might do and leaving a word out risks nothing but empty space.

What did you love best about How to Talk to Anyone?
Good points
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
Enlightening
How could the performance have been better?
Get someone else to read this book.
It was like being spoken to by a hyperactive disingenuous kindergarten teacher on
mixed medication.
Annoying.
Difficult to listen to.
I wanted to stick a fork in my eye with this person's voice.
The challenge was to simply force myself to listen to nails on the chalkboard
superimposed upon a live pig stuck in the clothes washer on spin cycle.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Enlightening contents if you can get past this person's voice.
Any additional comments?
