I love that it's in Salem, and I love that she and Gwendolyn have gifts. I just wish there was more use of the paranormal, of their "gifts"

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G ! What a surprise!!

I doubted I was going to like this but WOW. So good! At first I didn't care for the narrator, but it fits perfectly! I could picture every character and I felt every emotion! Perfect visual of Good vs evil! Not a hokey religious book, but very deep and suspenseful! NOTE: it's not a standalone! I'm downloading book 2 as we speak and can't wait to start listening to find out what happens now!

What on earth?

Ok, so I was intrigued. Then I thought I had it figured out. Then I was excited as a relationship was progressing. Then I found myself saying .... "what the heck? What is this? I'm confused. ".... then, it was all clear, and I cried, then I just... I don't have words.... then it was over. I'm not sure if I liked this story or not. I believe it was a rushed and confusing ending.

A LOT of details, but great book!

I loved this book even though I had to rewind a few parts of it due to so many details that I had to rewind to keep them straight. So be prepared to hit the back button a few times to make sure you have details straight lol. The story itself is great -complex, romance, suspense,mystery.... And these 2 narrators elevate the story. I love this author, these narrators and I loved this book. Enjoy! ❤️

UGHHHH how boring and monotonous this book was!

I am kicking myself for having used all 3 of my credits on this series. Normally, everything by Kristen Ashley is an automatic purchase for me...I have re-read every other book she's written!! She's my most favorite author ever!!! But I don't remember reading or listening to a more monotonous book in my life. I'm actually heartbroken by how dull and non-existent this story line was. There was about 5% story line, 95% French accent of domme/sub. It's missing THE story line!!! Heck, it's missing ANY storyline! You know, the storyline that keeps you turning the page to find out WHAT happens!?!?! I want to FEEL EMOTIONS about what happens next!!! But with every page turn it was sex, sex, sex..... non-stop..... Seriously, this book made me get desensitized to sex and even bdsm sex! And let me tell you, I love the dark, intense, taboo just as much as I love the sweet, romantic love scenes. But my goshhhh it was the accent and the sheer # of sex scenes in that grating accent!!! Oh, yes, I also have started to detest the French accent!! It's now like nails on a chalkboard!! I am going to try book 2 but only because I already bought it. if it starts out anything like the last one or is filled with French accent as 99.999% of the narrations, I'm asking Amazon for my credits back..... this first one was downright a disappointment to reand and I'll never get those hours back :(.

The end felt like the author just got tired of writing and got up. No outcome of the girls' conditions, nothing....weird. Story and voices were great but just doesn't feel finished

A bad voice ruins a good story!

Would you listen to Surrender Your Love again? Why?

The story isn't bad. Although I feel there's absolutely no chemistry build up between these 2, the mystery in the plot is keeping me interested....but I'm grinding my teeth through the voice of the narrator. The main character, Brooke, is 25 yrs old....yet the narrator has a voice of a 65 yr old woman who's smoked 3 packs a day for the past 50 yrs. And her male voice for Jett is even worse. She makes him sound like the same 65 yr old woman only constipated. Maybe the chemistry is lost because my mind keeps trying to picture sexual chemistry between 2 people that sound like 65 yr old women rather than the young woman and hot man? I will most definitely stay away from this narrator in the future.....unless the story is about a 65 yr old woman lol.

Would you be willing to try another one of Romy Nordlinger’s performances?

Absolutely NOT.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I want to read it in one sitting, but can't stomach listening to it....her voice does not fit the characters ages at all.

Worst narrator! Where's narrator of books 1&2?

What disappointed you about Forever Consumed?

As of the middle of the first chapter, I felt like I was listening to nails on a chalkboard! Why not use the narrator of the first 2 books? This one sounds like she's constantly in painful passion. And I can't tell if she's speaking a male part or female part. She's so freaking monotone I think I'd rather listen to an electronic robot! Heck even Siri sounds better than her! I'm just praying I can finish the book! So so so disappointing!

Would you ever listen to anything by Skyla Madi again?

Yes, I loved this series until the first sentence of this narrator!

Every. Single. Thing. She. Uttered. Was. Awful. Monotone.....nails on a chalkboard, no gender changes, no tones of voice or expression....
