Both may feel similar - this is because they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms. However, an anxiety attack is a different condition from a panic attack. Anxiety can build gradually and is usually linked to an event, situation, or experience that’s perceived as threatening or stressful. Panic attacks, however, often occur out of the blue, and aren’t always cued by stressors.

This book immediately, and easily explained what I was going through and what to do about it. After 2 months of anxiety, this book started me feeling better almost immediately. The exercises it offers and advice are first rate.

I would pace my apartment and need to talk to people to get my mind off the feeling. At midnight, it's pretty hard to find people to talk to. I went to Amazon and ordered three books. I haven't even gotten to the others, yet (though I plan to read them, too).

Very Interesting Book

Tremendous book. I cannot recommend it enough. I had never experienced anxiety before. I had a few medical issues this year and it seemed to drum up something from deep down inside me. A few months after my medical adventure, I began to get a horrible feeling of unease. It's hard to explain, just that want to crawl out of your own skin feeling.

Interesting reading for those who have never heard of it Splendid book. I suggest reading truly to anyone because these types of phenomena are absolutely real and experienced by everyone. The difference lies in the interpretation that can be given to these particular states of consciousness. In my opinion, the important thing is to experience these situations at least sometimes as they are extremely interesting and also useful for discovering something more about how we are deep inside. Highly recommended especially for the scientific approach and the proposed fast and effective method.
