Interesting view of a very complicated individual. The media coverage always left me wondering. This book helped fill in gaps and understand him better. I believe his contributions outweigh his faults

I didn’t realize how a course in geology touched upon so many topics that we deal with today. The author did a masterful job of
weaving that subject matter into something that’s relevant today

I am a fan, and have enjoyed most if not all of Ricks books. This title is as pleasurable as the others. I only wish there was a supplemental index or pdf included. When I decided to reread a recipe for a certain dish I am faced with 19 hours of audio.

I purchased this title to learn more of this tragic event. I think the writer did a good job, however at the end of the book he spends far too much time engaged in current day partisan politics. His disparaging remarks and generalizations are not warranted or appreciated.
