Historia
I've had to move out of the city and into the house I inherited here, in the idyllic fishing village of Porthcove, but only for as long as it takes to sell it. You see, I need the money, so I've started seeing some of the locals, you know, as patients, but I tell you, there's something really disturbing about charming neighbors sharing chilling secrets. And it isn't just that. It's the other things. Strange, inexplicable things. It started with odd smells, creepy sounds, and then the intruders...oh God, the intruders.

Tumultuous tale!
Revisado: 07-10-17
Where does Psychosis rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It's certainly right up there with the most engaging of them all. The narrator is full of personality that twists and molds to fit each character.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
It certainly did, the story throws you into a messed up situation with a messed up person, Marco, watching him fight his way back to some sense of clarity was at times heart wrenching, infuriating and downright scary!
What does Rosko Lewis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Rosko brings Marco, the main character, to life in the most spectacular way, he gives him the depth and nuance that makes you simultaneously want to help and want to hate Marco. He embodies the flawed nature of Marco, and human life, perfectly.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It certainly gave me a chuckle or two, there are plenty of witticisms throughout the book to enjoy. And it did, rather unexpectedly, make me cry when there are revelations further into the book!
Any additional comments?
As with many of Mr Marturano's works, I only wish this could be brought to life on screen, it was something unique and intriguing to listen to, and I very much enjoyed it!

Worst nightmare, best book!
Revisado: 04-28-17
If you could sum up Nimbus in three words, what would they be?
I'M STAYING INSIDE.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I particularly enjoyed Blake and his resilience to the fact that something so improbable and bizarre was happening, when a lot of people around him seemed to think he was way out of touch, he insisted on his theory which was in fact true!
Which character – as performed by Mark Meadows – was your favorite?
I particularly enjoyed the way he took on the characters of the coastguard, switching back and forth between two different people whilst maintaining the atmosphere required in such a pivotal and sinister moment in the book.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely yes! The book is so engaging and a slightly different take on the standard sci-fi thriller, I wanted to know more and more about how it would all piece together!
