Historia
For all the thousands of books that have been written about religion, few until this one have attempted to examine it scientifically: to ask why - and how - it has shaped so many lives so strongly. Is religion a product of blind evolutionary instinct or rational choice? Is it truly the best way to live a moral life? Ranging through biology, history, and psychology, Daniel C. Dennett charts religion’s evolution from “wild” folk belief to “domesticated” dogma.

I tried, but it just could not hold my attention
Revisado: 04-15-25
The introduction made me think that the writer was going to bring up some relevant practical truce however, he kind of went on rambling about a whole lot of scientific ideas and authors that he enjoyed. I tried to listen, but it just did not hold my interest.

Historia
Suppose knowledge of the foundational principle of mind and consciousness had been lost thousands of years ago. How would we know it? We wouldn't — until it was rediscovered. Richard L. Haight, three-time award-winning author, has uncovered and decoded an ancient principle that has lain dormant, hidden for thousands of years within Genesis, the first book of The Holy Bible.

Poor
Revisado: 10-11-23
This was really a waste of my time, the author seems to brag a lot about his knowing. And he talks very long about what he expects you to get from his book, but never gives you any real facts or relevancy to the Bible itself other than his religious experience
