Dantastic and well-written read, with a great narrator!

What a fabulous read! McNease is a fantastically talented writer—sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get with a cozy, but it is apparent that he knows the craft of writing and knows it well. The characters are complex, sympathetic, and so very, very relatable, and the mystery kept me guessing until the very end. And thankfully (super important to me as a regular audiobook listener), the narrator does a wonderful job of bringing his characters to life. Easily a five star read—I can’t wait to follow these characters’ journeys and see where they wind up next. Would love to see more audible books by this author—I’ve got credits to use!
