A new theory on why Marc and Rob got so rich.
Revisado: 07-24-05
Listen to this book if you want ot listen to two millionaires theoize that the reason they got so rich is because Higher Power gave it to them for being so "good" to others. Be as "good" and benevolent as the authors and the Higher Power will certainly give you a paycheck amounting to millions in U.S. currency... See, Mother Teresa was probably excluded from this rule because Higher Power didn't have any european currency at hand. Or, better yet, maybe it was because she didn't follow Allen's 10% rule and gave it ALL to others? And Jesus must have didn't have enough "loverage" to recieve Higher Power's fat paycheck. A big turn off. Money really makes people arrogant.

Fully disengaged...
Revisado: 07-21-05
Hmm... Who would have thought that to engage fully you need to take care of your health by eating healthy and taking some time off for yourself? Unbelievable! Glad that a book like that finally came out! I tried to follow author advice avoiding negative thoughts while listening to why I shouldn't smoke, but simply gave up and lit one up to calm down the nerves from listening to this.. Maybe this is simply not for me, but then again, without a $75 online accesment who am I to judge?

Historia
At 27, Bo Peabody was an Internet multi-millionaire. In the heady days of the late 1990s, though, when every cool kid had an IPO, that wasn't very remarkable. What is remarkable is that he's even more successful today. He has co-founded five different companies, in varied industries, and made them thrive during the best and worst of economic times. Through it all, the one question everyone asks is: Was it his smarts that made him an entrepreneurial leader, or was it just plain luck?

Agree with previous review.

A few good points in the beginning about the authenticity of business ideas, the rest of the "success" reasons are tend to throw and generalize people in clear-cut "fit" and "unfit" categories, pointing out qualities that may prevent one from staying lucky. Maybe a a 5 star for someone right out of college, but not for a seasoned entrepreneur. Below expectations.
