Dan is my favorite and he's a character.
What about Dan Harris’s performance did you like?
Pretty authentic. Uses that same loud raspy voice you hear on TV.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes, the many times the author alluded to his fears of losing his job, losing his hair and ending up living in a flophouse in Duluth.
Any additional comments?
I laughed out loud so many time while listening to this book. I found it entertaining, informative and educational. I am going to do some research on flophouses in Duluth. Then if Dan ends up there I may pay him a visit and maybe we can meditate together. OM

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
The narrator of this book does not use effective pauses. The chapters and ideas all ran together for me. I felt like I wanted to give her speech lessons. Slow down, emphasize breaks in chapters and ideas. Give the listener time to absorb the material.
Would you be willing to try another one of Lily Chevaliet’s performances?

What did you love best about Fitness Confidential?
Vinnie presents diet and exercise information in my favorite manner - No Bull. He doesn't candy coat anything. You get the straight poop here about good and bad gyms, good and bad trainers, good and bad food and useless vitamins and supplements. He helps you make sound decisions that are not only beneficial but also save you money. No sugar, no grains, no calorie counting and use a jump rope! Sounds simple. How many people are going to do it? It’s hard work. It’s worth it! Listen to Vinnie.
