It was great, all until it uncovered it’s view on other topics
Revisado: 05-24-21
If a “flat earther” told you all these amazing things about Bitcoin, would throw your money at it without a second though?
I used to think this podcast was great and very informative. However, after hearing a one hour rant on Elon Musk in ep. 57 that started with “climate change is a lie”, and then presenting a wildly skewed view of the world, I’m starting to question everything else said about Bitcoin. I’ll be looking for a less discolored source of information from now on.

Historia
Children are not supposed to rescue their parents, life is supposed to be the other way around. And rescues aren't supposed to be needed on the trip out to the new colony planet Valhalla. Slow, yes. Boring, yes. Dangerous? No, the trip is not supposed to be dangerous, never has been. When thieves attack the transport ship to steal an ancient alien artifact, and young Kaylee and her brother, Manny, are cut off from their parents, they have to stop the thieves from getting what they want.

Absolutely loved the story!
Revisado: 03-03-19
I only got this book after listening to all the other books by Alanson, thinking the summary sounded somewhat dull. Man, was a wrong: I absolutely loved the plot! It was down to earth, with great characters, and good variety.

Short but good
Revisado: 01-07-19
After reading the other reviews I was unsure whether to get this one or not. I must admit I didn't miss neither Joe or Skippy, but rather found the book being somewhat short and open ended. In practice I suspect this book is trying to explain the planet-side events we hear about in later books. All in all I liked it. If you don't think spending a credit on a 5 hour book is too expensive, then go for it.

A great story with greater meaning
Revisado: 06-30-18
This book was thoughtful, educational and brought a great story with it. I started listening to it to get some insight into today's politics but ended up with a lot more. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect mashup of a great, intriguing story, running science and top notch humor. A runner will feel right at home with this book, while the story is good enough to be worth a listen regardless of your interest in sports!

Learn about key fitness, and hear great stories
Revisado: 04-20-15
To summarize, this book teaches you pretty much all you need to know about fitness, and ties everything together with great stories. I really liked how this book was read by Vinnie himself, as it makes it so much more personal and easily relatable.
If you would like to hear about superdiets and magical fat loss methods, this book is not for you; however, if you are serious about getting fit, this book will teach you the only sustainable, realistic fitness advice there is, as well as giving you a good time while at it. As Vinne says: "Just because your body hurts (while working out), doesn't mean you head has to hurt too".
