Simplicity and an easy listen.

I liked how simple and succinct the book is. I can listen multiple times and if I miss something, no worries, I can just listen again.

Historia
The world’s greatest bodybuilder. The world’s highest-paid movie star. The leader of the world’s sixth-largest economy. That these are the same person sounds like the setup to a joke, but this is no joke. This is Arnold Schwarzenegger. And this did not happen by accident. Arnold’s stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful.

A good listen on being a good person, a problem solver, a giver, and a hard worker who never quits.
Revisado: 02-13-24
I liked Arnold’s methods of breaking things down to core ideals and simple messages. What he recommends and teaches might be hard to commit to (as are all worthy and good things in life), but his messages are clear and actionable. I respect that. The book refreshes practices and ideas that build strong societies and resilient people of character. I found it encouraging for sure.
