This book has been very useful. I have listened to most of it at this point and have gone back to different parts to reference them again. The sections are well labeled and easy to navigate. I also downloaded what to expect when you're expecting, but I preferred this book and stopped listening to that one.

Not for everyone

I was turned off by some of the advice in this book. It is deeply biased against hospital births and advocates practices such as sleeping in the same bed as your infant. I felt like I could not fully trust what they were saying, so about 1/3 of the way through I just decided to try a different book. There are no names given to the chapters so it is not easily navigated as an audiobook.
