Excellent resource for Social Media Marketing

I found this book about social media marketing to be truly professional in quality and very well researched, as well as scientifically validated at every step.
The author has clearly earned her MBA and has put together a very high-quality source of information about all aspects of using social media to drive marketing campaigns. The work is also a great source of advice and ideas on planning a strategy for a permanent social media presence for any corporation, company, organization, or even just a mom-and-pop-sized business venture.
Replete with statistics that demonstrate how important social media is to the modern consumer, with frequent analysis on various segments of age demographics and their responsiveness to social media activity, the book is an excellent step-by-step presentation to the entire universe of social media. The book and audiobook explain in great detail, and with orderly logic, how to plan a responsible and sustainable social media strategy, implement it, maintain it, defend it, and grow it, in an Internet world that's full of competitors and the occasional negative personality types (like trolls and haters, who can and do affect company reputations if left unanswered and unchallenged).
I would recommend listening to the audiobook first as an introduction to the entire concept of using social media on the Internet today, especially if a corporation or large company has a whole team they need to onboard to social marketing concepts asap. I would also recommend keeping a printed copy handy since the book is stuffed with statistics, figures, polls, and scientific studies that are valuable to look up again and again.
Whether you're a younger person who needs to learn more about marketing skills on the Internet, or if you're an older person who needs to tackle a new marketing environment that may have evolved after your school years passed by, any audience or business person will benefit from the knowledge and advice compiled into this efficient and approachable resource.
