There is no better way to prepare yourself for what lies ahead than listening. Individuals have been kind enough to share their knowledge and experience with us, so why not take advantage of that?

This book really didn't have any information you couldn't really find on pregnancy blogs or websites. It was very dictatorial - "you should" "you must" "you need" - and was mostly just a list of do's and don'ts. Might be useful for a newly pregnant woman who just wants to know basics, but again you can easily find this information online for free.
