Historia
Memorial Day. Sunny, bright, warm. Perfect weather. Kendall, a former Navy SEAL, his wife, Krystal, and their toddler son, Matthew, arrive early at the beach to beat the holiday crowd and enjoy some quality family time. It’s a perfect day...until it’s not. Until fateful events unfold. Hate finds this happy, biracial couple and pursues them with unrelenting tenacity. Kendall and Krystal find themselves in a fight for their lives, desperate to protect their child. Today, on this day we honor sacrifices made, Hate has come out to play and the stakes are life and death.

Not For the Faint of Heart
Revisado: 05-10-21
Hate Inexorable is a violent, cruel punch in the gut. If you are not easily offended, you should listen to it. The story is short, brutal and resolved at break-neck speed. The descriptions of violence and anguish are palpable. Duke does an excellent job of creating sympathetic characters in a short period of time. The reader gave the performance a severity that equaled the book's tone. My one criticism is that, by the end, it seems like the author is equating two groups who are really not comparable: white supremacists and antifa. Other than that, though, I highly recommend this audiobook.
