Historia
In this 12-lecture series, you'll encounter a religion that is perhaps the most diverse of all; one that worships more gods and goddesses than any other, and one that rejects the notion that there is only one path to the divine. These lectures provide a window into the roots of, perhaps, all religions. You'll explore the course of Hinduism's 5,000-year journey.

Lecture 3 about vedas
Revisado: 06-22-24
The author / lecturer doesn't even properly classifies the Samveda correctly. It is a collection of melodies or songs that are actually sung or favorite hyms of different demi gods. He wrongly categories it as the sacrificial songs that needs to be sung at right pitch. This is blatant perversion of the meaning of Samaveda. This lecture is nothing more than blabbering of an ignorant fool who is distorting the primary texts of a religion and giving an absolutely wrong meaning of the basis of the Hindu philosophy.

Great program, AWFUL book

It's a running advertising of his book and website
Revisado: 01-14-23
Audio performance was too slow, I went through the book at 1.25 speed. The book is good on concepts and some good takeaways but I find it loaded with references to the author's website it pushes you to go check out his website for testimonials and success stories non stop in each chapter which was a bit annoying.

Historia
Revolt is an eloquent and provocative challenge to the prevailing wisdom about the rise of nationalism and populism. With a vibrant and informed voice, Nadav Eyal illustrates how modern globalization is not sustainable. He contends that the collapse of the current world order is not so much about the imbalance between technological achievement and social progress or the breakdown of liberal democracy as it is about a passion to upend and destroy power structures that have become hollow, corrupt or simply unresponsive to urgent needs.

Dark and sometimes useless
Revisado: 10-22-22
History capture is good but painting the future and overly tilted towards American politics is boring. Typical drama about Trump and Democrats cry babies which may not be very engaging for the global audience. Engaging in parts when Asia and South East Asia is covered. Middling impact hence 3 stars for story. Narration is good and consistent.
