Historia
We Band of Angelsis the story of women searching for adventure, caught up in the drama and danger of war. On the same day the Japanese Imperial Navy launched its surprise attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, it also struck American bases in the Far East, chief among them the Philippines. That raid led to the first major land battle for America in World War II and, in the end, to the largest defeat and surrender of American forces.

I owned this book in softcover but lost it during a move so I really wanted to own it again. I learned a lot, and experienced a wide range of emotions, too. It’s worth the read or listen, especially because there are so few books written about the women who served in WW2. Take the time.

Facing a life sentence for Hannah’s murder, she was pregnant. And Karen had an incredible request: Would Deb take her unborn baby and love it as her own?

This is a story everyone should read regardless of spiritual belief. This story is true and that in itself will speak to one’s heart. Excellent read.
