I fell in love with Eva and John. The relationship seemed natural and organic. Another Melanie Snitker masterpiece. The narrator was good, but her female voice was so low it was confusing as to who was speaking.

One of my favorite clean romances come to audible

I was so excited to hear this book came to audiobook! I've been begging the author to put it out. This is an emotional roller coaster of a romance where the guy screwed up big time and the girl is moving on, or at least trying to. You can totally feel Presley's heartbreak and you get to walk through her day to day of trying to get through the rough stuff. You are totally rooting for her to kick Jackson to the curb! There are twists and turns to get back on track and I'm afraid I wasn't quick to forgive him, but I finally got there in the end. I have reread this book so many times and I am ecstatic I got to listen to it for my next run through. I love that Jennifer Peel keeps it clean so I can enjoy the feels without the extra spice. The narrator did the story justice. Would listen to her again.

Interesting choice for a retelling

I was skeptical an Itsy Bitsy Spider retelling, especially one where the main character can only lie, would pan out. I was so wrong. I love Lacy. She's put in an impossible situation from childhood, but she doesn't let it make her bitter. I was super curious how the romance would progress. It was natural and sweet. Carlex was a great prince, shy but super loyal. I was rooting for them to work it all out. I hope we see a story with Evie, who was a great best friend, even if a bit short-sighted. I will definitely be reading more from this author. The narrator told the story well. I hope to hear her in future books.

Love this book! It was so emotionally charged.

Leisa and Keiren's story is emotional and deep! I was definitely drawn into their world and rooting for their happy ending. They will have to wait a bit for that, but the book left you in a good place. The narrator was engaging and emotive. I can't wait to listen to the next one.

A truly emotional journey

This book, while a well written love story, delves deeper and explores surviving and overcoming trauma. we follow Henrietta's healing journey as a whole host of characters support her and love her while she lets go of hurt and fear that has dogged her since childhood. The story is deep and meaningful. You are brought along this emotional journey with our heroine and her ever faithful hero. We fall in love with the Brunwood Clan right along with Henrietta.

I enjoyed this book but I only gave it 4 stars because of the initial forced marriage with physically enforced closeness and even an illusion to a threat of rape. This hit a sour note with me and I don't get warm fizzles from this type of emotional abuse in the supposed "healthy" relationship that is purported to lead to the happy ending we want in a romance novel. This story could have done just fine without that element.

Snarky romance with a vampire, what's not to love?

This clean paranormal romance series is quite the ride. We love Hazel and Killian by now and are rooting for their happy ending. Killian's journey from ruthless, terrifying vampire overload to a slightly less ruthless, still terrifying vampire overlord is worth the three books. Enchanting with a great, well fleshed out supporting cast who you can connect with. I hope we get more of Magiford world series in audiobook moving forward.

Sweet, but deep. heart warming and exciting!

Wow, this book hit a lot of feels. Jacqueline and Brooks' story runs you through so many emotions. you will be rooting for their happy ending from the prologue. narrator did a great job. I would love see more in this series.

Love versus insecurity, who will win?

Love this book, as is true with all Delaney Cameron's work. She tackles another difficult topic, our insecurities and how they can stand in the way of true happiness. Liam is amazing and down to earth. Claire is sweet and caring. Their love story is sweet and super romantic.The humor in this book had me laughing out loud. The narrator really brought the book to life. I'm so glad Cameron is making audio books of her fabulous work.

Achingly sweet!

I love this story! It wasn't overly angsty so you could enjoy the unfolding of Bridget and Graham's relationship. It grew organizally and seemed a natural part of the story. Cameron made you care about her characters and, of course, you can always count on her stories to be sweet and clean. Still one of my favorite authors. The narrator gave a good, strong performance and made a great story even more enjoyable.

A simple small town romance.

I liked the characters in this story more than I like the story itself. It was an interesting premise, woman with child seeking shelter and finds a friendly town to take them in. But the story kept dropping threads, like Hannah contemplating skipping town, then, magically, her money issues aren't a big deal? I also feel there was more to Carter's story in previously books that you really needed to know to understand the angst he's supposed to be feeling. I felt the miscommunication issues were weird and didn't make any sense. Your sister won't let you know your girl friend is still in town? Like I said, the characters are very likable. The plot is good, but the story is a bit clunky. The narrator has a nice voice, but needed to be stronger in spots to give full emotion range to the characters. Pleasant to listen, though.
