Great pacing to the story, never left you in a lull.
What other book might you compare Private to and why?
Kris Longknife: Mutineer. This is a first a series I recommend, The pacing is about the same.
Which character – as performed by Peter Hermann – was your favorite?
I did not care for one character, but I would want the staff of "Private" at my back.

Any additional comments?
Good steady pace kept me listening from start to finish. This did not offer any "Game of Thrones" surprises, but there is possibilities with any ensemble cast.

If you could sum up Star Wars: Ahsoka in three words, what would they be?
Telling great story!
What other book might you compare Star Wars: Ahsoka to and why?
"Empire Strikes Back", all the evil empire and great development of Ahsoka's character. Like Luke's in that story, she is truly a Jedi without the dogma and chaste. Like Anikin said "Caring is Unconditional love"(sic), Ahsoka cares very much for everyone she touches.
Have you listened to any of Ashley Eckstein’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No, but her talent is here for the enjoyment.

I hope Ms. Johnston writes more of Ahsoka's story. And Ashley continues to tell it. Ahsoka is one of my favorite character from the "Clone Wars" series, the heart of it.

Muscoe writes a great history

Where does They Also Serve rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I have enjoyed all three of the first three books that are of the history of Kris Longknife. Mr. Muscoe/Shephard has realize a true universe that is believable and expectant for this family of star travelers. This pretty much as I would expect Star Trek space exploration to begin. I have enjoyed all of the books and highly recommend the entire series. Mr. Muscoe/Shepard has created a brand new Ellen Ripley for us!
