Historia
For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

David Goggins ia a Hero!!
Revisado: 02-10-19
Adam Skoldick was incredibly annoying. He cut David Goggins off several times when he was speaking!! Also tried to teach the audience a couple times and there was a time Goggins corrected him! Adam is a royal fool. David Goggins should have read the whole book. Davids voice is perfect and tough sounding unlike the chihuahua sounding adam! I dont have respect for a guy that cuts off a HERO David Goggins! Great Book!

Historia
Amid the scholars, poets, authors, and artists of the Harlem Renaissance stood an Afro-Puerto Rican named Arturo Schomburg. This law clerk's life's passion was to collect books, letters, music, and art from Africa and the African diaspora and to bring to light the achievements of people of African descent throughout the ages. When Schomburg's collection became so big that it began to overflow his house, he turned to the New York Public Library, where he created and curated a collection that was the cornerstone of a new Negro Division.

Historia
This short but timely work gives the listener a sense of the urgency of African and world history at this moment in time.... Like many of the African-centered scholars who were Dr. Clarke's teachers and his sources of inspiration, he not only gives you accurate analysis and the descriptions of history, he provides prescription of what Africans have to do to bring into being a new day.
