50 books prior and this is where you're at?

I had high hopes, I've been looking to dip into the cozy romance genre and expected more from a book by an author with 50 titles prior to this. The writing is truly awful and feels as though it were written with AI. If, the author paid an editor and if there were beta readers, they should all be ashamed.

And that's just the quality of the writing... The story is pointless, the characters are vapid and annoying, and the voice acting is as though the narrator is trying as hard as they can to make fun of the characters. The male lead must have been based on the mind and personalities of the sensitive characters in Revenge Of The Nerds or any other campy 80s bro film. There were times where I thought the author was intentionally trying to reach out to the incel mindset and teach them the mysteries of consent.

This was not a good experience.

if I could give fewer than one star, I'd beg for negative points.

Another Fantastic Installment

Upon reading the reviews prior to purchasing this sequel, I grew concerned that it wouldn't be as good as the rest. my concerns were unwarranted, unfounded. I don't know why the other reviews indicate that minimal plot is developed, this book is mostly plot. the vast majority covers important details and it's everything together into a cohesive Mass. I'm eagerly awaiting the 5th installment.

A truly Puntastic read.

Tons of fun, better than the first, can't wait for the second. I'm not sure how you could be on the fence about reading this one.

If you're a fan of the genre and you enjoyed the first one, hurry up and read it.

Phenomenal progression and world building

I love this series. It sits atop a podium with very little company. Beware of chicken, Legends and lattes, tea and treason.

Fun on a bun

Not a dry eye to be found

There were times in the beginning few chapters of this novel that I wasn't sure I could handle being apart from Viv and her succubus companion, that I wouldn't like the person she had been or that perhaps she wouldn't feel quite so familiar. I was wrong, the book was a joy to read. The characters were beautifully written and I eagerly await the next installment should one be written. Bookshops and Bone Dust deserves every bit of acclaim it has received and Travis Baldree continues to be one of my idols.

Blessed Are The Mini-Marshmallows

I read this book every few years and figured I'd try the audible version, not too shabby. It's an entertaining little romp filled with boomerisms and plenty of off-color humor. Christopher Moore has some shaky impressions of humanity and questionable morals, but the content of the book is enjoyable for the most part. the characters are well written and likable, the story is easy to follow. If you're looking for a little sardonic humor and a break from the Christmas spirit, this is a pretty good way to pass the time.

This book is a Masterpiece.

This has become my favorite series of which I've ever listened to or read. I'm waiting on the third book with bated breath.

This book series is the I Ching, my wife and I both agree that this is the life that we want and can never possess. though we will continue to strive for even a hair's breadth of its splendor to be reflected in our actions.
