I want more, for my kids and for myself! I do wish there was a bit more detail in the vignettes, especially about the smells of the ocean or woods or wherever. Still, lovely.

Peter Zeihan could be making up nearly everything in this book and, given my nearly nonexistent knowledge of logistics, transportation and goings-ons of other countries, I wouldn’t ever known it. So assuming that Peter is honest, and even just mostly accurate in his assessments, this book is an incredible feat of research. I can’t recommend it highly enough- especially this audio version because Peter reads it himself, and he is a delight to listen to. I’m going back to listen to the entirety of it all over again, because I’m sure there’s so much I didn’t catch the first time.
