a wonderful read/listen with a lot of practically applicable information on spirituality

i am very impressed by how in depth this book is and also by the author's enthusiasm for the topics presented. You can tell she has been immersed in the path of spiritual awakening, and easily brings home and combines universal spiritual principles from multiple traditions. This is easily my favorite book on the topic, and I'll probably be listening to it over and over again. This book is enthralling and can only improve the reader's life. Thank you to the author, and WELL done.
