Dark psychology is the name for the latest trend: Finding out about the dark side of human nature. In this guide to that deception, we will touch on that dark side and how it is used. We will go over some conspiracies and conspiracy theories that are creepier than you might think. People manipulate all the time, even when they don’t realize it. But the trick is to notice it when it’s happening. All in all, this audiobook can give you a lot of insights into the use of persuasion and manipulation.

Unbelievably good
Revisado: 04-04-20
This is great. I had low expectations (I always do.) But this was way better than I expected. So good I wanted to let everyone know that I learned much. The dark side of human nature really shows up through the things that are done collectively and individually.

Flirting is an art. Some people are good at it. Some people are awful. And some only do it when they want to. Some may have been big flirts before their marriage, only to become a constant complainer once the ring was on their finger. How do you make others constantly fall in love with you? That’s the question.

There are so many good tips in here to keep courting your date, but also to start out. And yes, you should be yourself, but a lot of people who are themselves, mess things up because they are socially awkward or don't understand the other gender, or just general customs and turn-ons. This is good information. Of course, there are things that will apply to you more than others, and some may seem like common sense while others are eye-openers, but to me, it was like I struck gold. I will apply a lot of this.

Blockchain technology has taken over the world, well...partially, at least to the point that when Mark Zuckerberg announces his own cryptocurrencies, concerned legal administrators question him for hours, fearing the American dollar will collapse. How do we deal with all of this? I’ll tell you how we will handle this new, potentially permanent trend: We’ll learn about it. If you know what’s going on, you can ride the wave.

When you're on the search for more knowledge (and knowledge = power), then this is a great guide. Aside from listening to the sample, reading the description, and looking at the cover, you can take my word for it.

Nothing wrong with it
Revisado: 12-14-19
Even though the title is "neuroplasticity" I think the author didn't want to specifically focus on that term so much. In fact, she doesn't say much about it at all, but instead, focuses on multiple personality disorders, artificial intelligence, and neural networks, which are all related subtopics to brain science in general. So if that's your cup of tea, go for it. I liked it, personally.

I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to learn more about the human brain. This book highlights the placebo effect, something that few of us understand well. That's just a reason to listen to it, but there are others too. I would say, give it a try. It's a good deal when you have a credit too.

Nice
Revisado: 11-21-19
I enjoy mythology books like this. I just put a nice review down for another mythology book. Very different. Most myths we know about, stem from Europe. But the ones from Asia have an entirely different touch to it. This Chinese mythology book appears to be the 2nd in a small series. It's a great way to become familiar with some of those myths they believed in in ancient China. Do people still believe some of those things, or is that all gone? I don't know, but it sure is fascinating.

The Vikings of Scandinavia were brave, adventurous, and typically barbaric, but there can be no debate that they were also a people with huge goals. Viking culture is still a subject of interest today, and this offers an insight into simply how sustaining their tradition is. This book will discuss:

Interesting
Revisado: 11-21-19
I thought I knew so much about vikings and their gods and stuff. I guess there was still a lot that I didn't. In a way, these mythology books are like stories. It's a weird mix of fiction and nonfiction. They're fiction stories, but it's something that the people back then believed in. And in this book, they also reveal some of the historical context and background that is associated with those myths and sagas. The people didn't make it up for no reason. They all had circumstances that prompted them to do so. So it's very fascinating to learn more about that.
The narrator did great too. I enjoyed listening to the narrator's voice.

In this book, you'll be confronted with various aspects of Asperger's syndrome, or what some people call "high-functioning autism". We'll investigate what it is, what typifies it, and how you can recognize it more easily. Moreover, aside from all these causes, symptoms, and origins, we'll delve into some solutions that, unfortunately, don't completely fix the brain or cure the quaint traits of such individuals, but do, however, help alleviate suffering by tackling issues that relate to the disorder.
