a decent crash course into tantra, with some good recommendations on sexual positions, but it sounds like it was narrated by a lunch lady

Historia
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

it's pretty much another self help book. thought this would have some insight as to how some people go about life with 'no fucks given' attitude, but it's not really any of that. at times it is okay, and does have some good takeaways, but at other's, I just can't wait for it to end

We're not all trying to become standup comedians, and this isn't a book about ha-ha jokes with setups and punch lines. not that great

the foundations are decent, but this guy's not funny, neither are his examples. If you're using Amy Schumer as an example of a comedian, um, yeah, I don't think I have to elaborate

That's the focus of these exciting 24 lectures, in which you examine the differences in people's personalities, where these differences come from, and how they shape our lives. don't waste your time, read articles online
Revisado: 07-10-18
I had to stop. It's like it was written by captain obvious.
There are some very informative parts, but when he's about to hit the meat of the subject, he drifts off. Much of what he says can be condensed to 40 sec from 5 min, which left me rather frustrated wanting to yell out; "yeah I get it already!"
look up the subjects he talks about online. A good article that's about a 10 min read will be more informative than half an hour of his yammering
